Cosmiyana offers energy-based spiritual healing. These are complementary and not substitutes for:

  • Medical diagnosis

  • Psychological counseling

  • Prescription treatments

2. Consent to Participate

  • You voluntarily engage in spiritual healing sessions

  • You are responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional health

  • You were never asked to stop any medical treatment

3. Results May Vary

Each healing session is unique. Experiences like emotional release or relief are common, but not guaranteed.

4. Limitation of Liability

By participating, you agree to release Cosmiyana and its practitioners from any claims related to the services provided.

5. No Medical Advice

All services are spiritual and energetic in nature.
We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

Session payments are made in advance.
Because sessions are time-reserved exclusively for you, payments are non-refundable.
Rescheduling may be allowed with prior notice

7. Session Conduct

Mutual respect is required.
We reserve the right to discontinue services if necessary.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services or policies.
The new version will include a revised Effective Date.
